The formula for measurement is somewhat simple; generically, a marketing vehicle generates X number of leads, the % number of leads whoever is answering the phone converts to a to a consultation, and the number consultations your consultant converts to revenue patients, which then tracked back to the marketing vehicle, determines that vehicles return on investment.
That is very easy to state, and extremely difficult to implement. Highly accurate data is difficult to obtain, whether the breakdown is in the tracking of the vehicle (a marketing vehicle generates a lead that then goes to your website; which generated the lead?) and the internal tracking of the sales process depends on exact data entry, and a system that allows for that accurate data entry (and the monitoring of that system and data entry for accuracy).
